Meet Gatsby!

He has a rough road behind him; homelessness, living on the streets with nobody to love him, and was re-rescued by Safe Haven a few months ago. He is very affectionate, easygoing and friendly despite having had a hard life, and was recommended to us for his fabulous disposition. He has no idea how much he is about to be spoiled, but we do, and we're really excited to have him hang out with us amongst the stacks in Abby!

After receiving 92 submissions, and 339 votes, we have a winner in our Name That Cat contest for our Abbotsford branch bookstore cat!  He will join us at our Abbotsford branch on July 25th.  He came to us from Safe Haven; remember, they always need donations of time, money, and supplies (and also have lots of cute kitties who need homes!)  Visit their site for details!
