Scotch mints await you at the front counter. This has been a tradition at The Book Man for over 20 years. We occasionally tell children that they're mothballs.	We believe in rewarding environmentalism. Customers who do not take a bag have the 3¢ that we save on plastic products donated to the charity of their choice. Take pride in your good choices!

The community of Chilliwack has chosen us as their favourite bookstore for two years running.	A little display in our front window, encouraging people to think about the ways that they're getting their entertainment.

Our awning sign was handmade on Saltspring Island. Sandblasted cedar, airbrushing; it's a true work of art.	There's always a little magic to be found around the aisles no matter what season it is. Nietzsche's asking Santa for more cat treats in this particular moment.
